**It all started with a single, ominous text message.**
Yeonjun, the rising star in the K-pop world, had just finished an exhausting day of rehearsals. He was lounging on his bed, scrolling through fan messages on Twitter, when his phone buzzed with a notification from his manager.
> "Yeonjun, we need to talk about something important. Meet me at the agency tomorrow morning. It's about your future."
Yeonjun furrowed his brows, curiosity mixed with apprehension. His future? What could it be about? Shaking his head, he set his phone aside, deciding to deal with it in the morning. Little did he know, this message was about to turn his life upside down.
**The next morning, Yeonjun walked into the agency's office, feeling a bit more nervous than he usually did.**
His manager, Mr. Kim, was sitting behind his desk, looking unusually serious. "Yeonjun, please have a seat," he said, gesturing to the chair in front of him.
Yeonjun sat down, trying to read his manager's expression. "What's going on, Mr. Kim?"
Mr. Kim sighed and leaned forward. "Yeonjun, you're aware of the business arrangements that sometimes happen in our industry, right?"
Yeonjun nodded slowly. "Yes, but what does that have to do with me?"
"Well, there's been a proposal. An arranged marriage, to be specific," Mr. Kim said, watching Yeonjun's reaction closely.
Yeonjun's eyes widened. "An arranged marriage? With whom?"
"With Beomgyu, the actor," Mr. Kim replied.
**Yeonjun's mind went blank for a moment.**
Beomgyu, the number one rising actor, known for his dramatic roles and charismatic presence. They had met a few times at industry events, but Yeonjun had never imagined something like this.
"But why?" Yeonjun managed to ask.
"It's a business move, Yeonjun. It will benefit both your careers and strengthen the ties between your companies," Mr. Kim explained.
Yeonjun rubbed his temples. This was too much to take in. "I need some time to process this."
"Of course," Mr. Kim said. "Take all the time you need, but remember, the decision has already been made. The marriage will happen."
**Meanwhile, across town, Beomgyu was having a very different reaction to the news.**
He was ecstatic. He had been a secret fan of Yeonjun for years, running a fan account under the pseudonym "moawajjunie." He had posters of Yeonjun hidden in his closet and knew all his songs by heart.
When Beomgyu's manager, Mrs. Lee, broke the news to him, he could hardly contain his excitement. "You mean... I'm going to marry Yeonjun? THE Yeonjun?"
Mrs. Lee nodded. "Yes, but you need to act normal about it. Remember, this is a professional arrangement."
Beomgyu grinned. "Of course, of course. I can totally do that."
**That evening, Yeonjun met up with his friends, Taehyun and Hueningkai, to share the news.**
"An arranged marriage?" Taehyun repeated, his eyes wide with disbelief. "Dude, that's insane!"
Hueningkai burst into laughter. "I can't believe this! Your life is turning into a K-drama!"
Yeonjun groaned. "You guys aren't helping."
Taehyun patted Yeonjun on the back. "Hey, it might not be so bad. Beomgyu's a cool guy. Plus, think of the fan reaction when they find out."
Yeonjun sighed. "I guess. But it still feels so surreal."
**The next few days were a whirlwind of preparations and meetings.**
Yeonjun and Beomgyu were scheduled to meet officially to discuss their upcoming marriage. Yeonjun was nervous, but Beomgyu was practically bouncing with excitement.
When they finally met, Yeonjun was struck by how genuine Beomgyu's smile was. "Hi, Yeonjun," Beomgyu said, extending his hand. "I'm Beomgyu. It's nice to meet you."
Yeonjun shook his hand, feeling a bit awkward. "Nice to meet you too, Beomgyu."
As they sat down to talk, Beomgyu couldn't help but let his admiration for Yeonjun slip out. "I've been a fan of yours for a long time," he admitted, blushing slightly.
Yeonjun blinked in surprise. "Really? I had no idea."
Beomgyu nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, I even run a fan account for you. But don't worry, I won't let it interfere with our arrangement."
Yeonjun chuckled, feeling a bit more at ease. "Well, that's... unexpected, but kind of nice."
**As the weeks went by, Yeonjun and Beomgyu started to get to know each other better.**
Despite the initial awkwardness, they found that they had a lot in common. They both loved music and had a similar sense of humor.
One day, Beomgyu invited Yeonjun over to his apartment for a casual get-together. "I thought we could just hang out and watch some movies," Beomgyu suggested.
Yeonjun agreed, and they spent the evening laughing at cheesy rom-coms and sharing stories about their careers. It was the most relaxed Yeonjun had felt in a long time.
**The real chaos began when Taehyun and Hueningkai decided to throw an impromptu party to celebrate the upcoming wedding.**
They invited a bunch of industry friends, including Beomgyu's older brother, Soobin, who was known for his dramatic flair.
Soobin arrived in a grand entrance, wearing a flashy outfit and carrying a bottle of champagne. "Congratulations, you two!" he announced, pulling Yeonjun and Beomgyu into a big hug.
Yeonjun and Beomgyu exchanged amused glances. "Thanks, Soobin," Beomgyu said, trying to keep a straight face.
As the night went on, Soobin became the life of the party, dancing and singing dramatically. At one point, he climbed onto the coffee table and began reciting a monologue from one of his recent films.
Yeonjun couldn't stop laughing. "Your brother is something else," he said to Beomgyu.
Beomgyu grinned. "Yeah, he's always been like this. But he's a good guy."
**Throughout the evening, Beomgyu couldn't help but sneak glances at Yeonjun.**
He was still in awe that he was going to marry his idol. He wanted to make sure Yeonjun felt comfortable and happy, so he tried his best to be a good host.
At one point, Taehyun and Hueningkai pulled Beomgyu aside. "So, how's it going with Yeonjun?" Taehyun asked with a mischievous grin.
Beomgyu blushed. "It's going well, I think. He's really nice."
Hueningkai laughed. "You sound like a lovestruck teenager."
Beomgyu rolled his eyes. "Well, maybe I am. But I'm going to make sure this marriage works."
**As the wedding day approached, Yeonjun found himself feeling more at ease with the idea.**
He had grown to appreciate Beomgyu's sincerity and kindness. Despite the unusual circ*mstances, he was starting to believe that this marriage could actually be a good thing.
On the day of the wedding, as Yeonjun stood at the altar waiting for Beomgyu, he felt a mix of nervousness and excitement. When Beomgyu finally walked down the aisle, looking stunning in his suit, Yeonjun couldn't help but smile.
Beomgyu beamed back at him, his heart pounding with happiness. This was it. The moment he had dreamed of for so long.
**The ceremony went off without a hitch, filled with laughter and heartfelt moments.**
Soobin, true to form, gave a dramatic speech that had everyone in stitches. "To my beloved brother and his new husband," he declared, raising his glass. "May your life together be as dramatic and exciting as one of my movies!"
After the ceremony, Yeonjun and Beomgyu shared their first dance as a married couple. As they swayed to the music, Yeonjun leaned in and whispered, "You know, this isn't so bad."
Beomgyu grinned. "I told you. We're going to make this work."
Yeonjun smiled back, feeling a warmth in his heart. For the first time, he truly believed it.
**The following weeks were a whirlwind of media attention and public appearances.**
Fans were ecstatic about the marriage, and Yeonjun and Beomgyu became the new power couple of the entertainment world.
Through it all, Beomgyu continued to be Yeonjun's biggest supporter. He would leave sweet notes in Yeonjun's dressing room, bring him coffee during long rehearsals, and always make sure Yeonjun knew how much he was appreciated.
One evening, as they were relaxing at home after a particularly busy day, Yeonjun turned to Beomgyu. "You know, I never thought I'd say this, but I'm really glad this happened."
