Way of Winter has so far introduced seven new deviants to Once Human.
Most of these Deviants can be captured as part of Lowe's different quests, while the others can be obtained from clearing Securement Silos.
Snowsprite

Snowsprite is a combat deviant that can be captured in Onyx Tundra. It is acquired as part of the Deviation: Snowsprite Quest from Lowe in Camp Igloo.
Do note that you can only get this quest after you've finished the side quest Deviation Expert in the North from Lowe in Camp Igloo. Once it's done, go back to Lowe in Camp Igloo to get the side quest for Snowsprite.

Invincible Sun

Invincible Sun is a combat deviant that can be captured after clearing Securement Silo - Delta. The Securement Silo can be found in the southeast area of the Onyx Tundra.

Gazocchio is a territory deviant who also acts a bit like a crafting deviant. It can be captured in Vena Fjord as part of the Deviation - Gazocchio Quest from Lowe in Whalebone.

Tar Pudding

A Tar Pudding Quest will be unlocked after speaking with Lowe in Camp Igloo. But its progression seems to require you to reach Ember Strand, which is only accessible from Phase 2 onwards.
Instead, you can get Tar Pudding earlier by completing the Avalanche Monolith in Vena Fjord. This is recommended for players Lv. 25-30.

Snapshot can be obtained by clearing the Tundra Monolith in the Onyx Tundra region. The recommended level for this monolith is Lv. 20.
We recommend doing this dungeon alone for an easier time as the boss' difficulty scales the more people there are in a team that's challenging it.
