Which Methods of Payment Do You Accept
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal we don't accept American express.

Is my payment secure
All of our online payments are processed by PayPal. That means that any online transactions comply with the best industry practises and we never get to see your credit card details.

All payments verified by Visa and Master card, we accept payment by PayPal Additional Options

What if I don't want to order online

Is there a charge for shipping
We do charge shipping, which is a single flat charge of either £2.50 (2nd class) or 2.95 (1st class) per order (Royal Mail first class up to 2kg) for UK based customers (including - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. we also have next working day and Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £6.95 and £10.95 respectively.

Do you ship internationally
Yes we ship world wide for which we have a flat rate charge for orders up to 1kg - Europe £8.50 - Rest of the World - £9.50 For orders over 1kg we will contact you with an exact price for shipping.

When will you ship my order
99% of orders (ordered before 2.00pm) are shipped the same day, occasionally we may have a stock issue in which case we will contact you by email (So please check your email, just on the off chance) with a delivery date or possible alternative products.

What is your returns policy
Simple don't want it send it back - we have a no quibble returns policy of 28 days (except for Christmas when we extend that to allow for buying your presents early), after 28 days we will review each request on a case by case basis. The only exception is Earrings and personalised/size ordered items. We do want it back as you received it though, nice new and sparkly.

How do I return something
You will receive instructions on your delivery note, however it is simple just contact us by email (orders@meteorwebmarketing.co.uk) quoting your name and order No and we will send you a returns No. All you have to do then is send it back, as received with product packaging. We will refund you on it's return.

How do I checkout
We have kept this as simple as possible no logging in or need to register, what is that all about anyway!!
Select your checkout method of choice and follow the instructions. If you need to leave us a note, for example don't want cost details enclosing with the order do so in the notes box. If you think you might want to come back and use us again (Why wouldn't you?) tick Remember me and your details will be completed next time, if you would like us to let you know when anything is going on (like new suppliers, a fabulous sale or similar) tick allow promotional emails box. If you have a gift certificate or discount voucher (oops! best go back and tick that allow promotional emails box) enter the number here and click checkout. Select your shipping option and click checkout again. Please note that sometimes your card issuer's site can get busy so give them a few seconds to deal with the payment. That's it "Hey Presto job done" just sit back and wait for your goodies to arrive.

Can I check my order status
Yes no problem, just click the link (order status)in the top right corner of any page and enter your Order ID/No and your email address. Our server will then take on a bemused look and run around (if a machine can look bemused or indeed run around?) trying to find the answer and deliver it to you in the blink of an eye.

Do you send out a receipt with the order
We do indeed, not an overly attractive piece of paper but it has all the important bits on it - your order No, what you ordered, what it cost you and how to return it to us if it's not quite right.

Do you accept orders for wholesale
No afraid not, we don't do wholesale. Although we will look at volume discounts, through our rose tinted glasses.
